One of the first S2000s built. Honda made the S2000 for its fiftieth birthday and gave it an engine with no equal: the F20C, a naturally aspirated 2.0-litre that makes 184 kW and revs to 9,000 rpm, driving the rear wheels through a close-ratio six-speed manual in a roadster with near 50:50 weight distribution. This is a May 1999 build — the early AP1, with the highest-revving version of the engine, before later updates softened it. Japanese-market, 25 years old and only now eligible to come here.
