To briefly set the scene, we had one of our cars stolen and therefore had a limited budget and a small delay based on what and how insurance reacted. We found the ideal car online but the scary part was that it was in Sydney and we are in Queensland.. Sean and Tom were excellent and extremely understanding of my paranoia at being scammed and after going unnecessarily out of our way to check that their dealership was real, we bought the car sight unseen. Working on the premise that people with negative experiences probably write more than people with positive ones, we just wanted to make sure it was known that we appreciated what Sean and Tom did, including their patience and we are really happy with the car.

Bought bmw e91 for a good price, drives nice but did develop a diff bearing noise which is common on these models warranty paid for half of the repairs so I was happy about that.

I recently purchased a car and I just wanted to say how easy and smooth the whole process was, I basically changed jobs and quickly had to search for a car in say two days. I enquired on a late Thursday and booked in to look at the car on a Friday, I saw that the car was in great condition so I immediately negotiated with Tom and was happy with the offer price and car condition. All the paperworks was handled seamlessly and basically I picked up the car on a Saturday ready for my new employment the following Monday. Additionally, all the questions I had was answered by Tom without hesitation, so by this example you can figure out how knowledgeable he is about cars and all the processes. Would definitely recommend and come back if circumstances arise and a car that I like is available at the time. Tom has been exceptional, thanks again Tom. We viewed a few of the same model of car at different dealers through the day - but found the team at SP easiest to deal with and the car was the cleanest example.
